Conferences
There was an IAC summer school on IFS in 2005 (web-site here) and in the publication there will be many useful treatises on the subject. The lectures are apparently not yet in press but keep your eye out for it. A summary of the school with useful information (not just advertising) has been produced as a pdf file.
